How to do the Muay Thai push kick (aka the Teep)

Here's a quick tutorial for you guys on how to do a Muay Thai push kick or Teep as it is known in Thailand.

I'm once again at the Raja Academy of Martial arts in Greenville, SC and this time I've got my pad holder, Damien, helping me out.
